Welcome, Nepal

After a very long.g.g….trip to Delhi, India, I began a wonderful 15day  "trek" through Nepal.  Going one one of Overseas Adventure Travel trips,

I was about to set out on an adventure to a beautiful, mystical country.

Experiencing roads with more potholes than an Oklahoma street after a bad winter, looking forward to a cup of mocha every morning, a hot water bottle in the bed every night, paragliding high above Pokhara, flying by Mt. Everest, and seeing happy, smiling faces each day - this trip provided it all.

Thanks to a very knowledgeable and patient leader, Rajesh Regmi, dry,  very "cool" evening weather, and 11 new travel friends, the "trek" through Nepal was everything I hoped it would be. .

I chose not to stay at home…..I hope you enjoy the pictures
